Absolutely amazing experience with this flower shop for Mother’s Day! The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and looked even better than the photos online. Delivery was on time despite the holiday rush, and my wife loved them. You can tell they put real care into their work and customer service. Highly recommend for anyone wanting reliable delivery and gorgeous flowers for special occasions!

I ordered flowers online for my sister‘s birthday. They were absolutely beautiful! I spoke with Ginger and asked her to leave the flowers at my sister‘s gate. But she did not want to because it had been raining. I was very appreciative. My brother-in-law stopped by to pick the flowers up instead. My sister was overwhelmed at the beauty of the flowers. Thank you so much for making her day! They were absolutely beautiful!

I’ve ordered from Downtown Floral three times in the last 8 months. I admittedly don’t know much about flowers, but I am familiar with customer service, and they have consistently delivered on quality and efficiency each time. I don’t even trust the fast food chains in my hometown to have whatever promotional or seasonal item they’re advertising at any given time. So I can just imagine how many more satisfied customers other than myself there must be. I have highly recommended Downtown Floral to anybody that has asked me for recommendations!

I ordered an arrangement of sunflowers and roses for my daughters 16th birthday and I can't even begin to thank yal enough!!! They were gorgeous and she loved them so much! This shop and in this case Haley made my day. I had to get some flowers to a funeral in OKC and I am in Washington. The on line site couldn't provide the means to add note and card plus ensure that these were delivered on time. It took some work to get to the actual florist but once I did and engaged with Haley my concern was eliminated along with my stress. Haley worked with me on getting the message included along with validation that the flowers would arrive on time. She even sent me a picture of flowers before they headed out for delivery. Awesome support and a very kind person.
